The submission deadline is Monday January 30, 2023 at 11:59:59pm. Late submissions may not be judged!
Click on the link below to access Managr and submit all of your items. Check out the announcement in Discord to find out what your credentials are!
Enter the URL for each item and submit them, one at a time. If you make a mistake, submit the form again with the correct information. The last submission you make will be the official one. The same deadlines apply, so correcting a submission late will make your submission late.
If you encounter any problems, make sure to send a detailed explanation to [email protected] BEFORE the submission date and time.

October 31, 2022 - Preliminary Rulebook Release
The preliminary rulebook will be released on October 31, 2022. The preliminary rulebook contains rules and regulations for the Game and Robot components only. We’ll answer all the questions you have on the rules at the Kickoff, where we will also release the full rulebook. We’ll let you know once the preliminary rulebook is posted through our social media accounts, so stay tuned!
November 7, 2022 - AVIA 2023 Kickoff
The kickoff officially marks the beginning of the season for the participants. All schools will meet at the host school, Curé-Antoine-Labelle High School in Laval, Quebec. The participant kit, which includes all the motors, control boards, remote control units, batteries and a number of components that are specific to this year’s game, will be provided. The playing field will also be revealed and the game will be explained.

February 16-18, 2023 - AVIA 2023 Competition
Join us in the pinnacle of the 2022-2023 CRC Robotics season. After over four months of hard work and countless hours of design and construction, over 20 teams will show off what their robot can do. Also, the students will be showcasing their school and accomplishments on their website, in their video and through their kiosk. An exciting, action-packed 3-day event not to be missed, taking place at our host school, Curé-Antoine-Labelle high school!
