The kickoff officially marks the beginning of the season for the participants. All schools will meet at the host school, St. Pius X Career Centre, Montreal, Quebec. The participant kit, which includes all the motors, control boards, remote control units, batteries and a number of components that are specific to this year’s game, will be provided. The playing field will also be revealed and the game will be explained.

The preliminary rulebook will be released on October 22, 2024. The preliminary rulebook contains rules and regulations for the Game and Robot components only. We’ll answer all the questions you have on the rules at the Kickoff, where we will also release the full rulebook. We’ll let you know once the preliminary rulebook is posted through our social media accounts, so stay tuned!

Join us in the pinnacle of the 2024-2025 CRC Robotics season. After over four months of hard work and countless hours of design and construction, over 25 teams will show off what their robot can do. Also, the students will be showcasing their school and accomplishments on their website, in their video and through their kiosk. An exciting, action-packed 4-day event not to be missed, taking place at our host school.
