Inspiring Leaders Through Robotics
Since 2001, CRC Robotics has been creating opportunities for students across Canada to explore, innovate, and lead.
CRC Robotics was founded in 2001 by a group of educators and professionals who were dissatisfied with existing robotics competitions. They wanted something different — a competition that truly reflected Canada's bilingual identity and the real-world need for multidisciplinary collaboration. What began as a regional initiative has grown into a national program welcoming teams coast to coast. In the 2021–2022 season, we expanded further with the Junior Program, bringing the CRC experience to elementary school students for the first time.
We provide exciting learning opportunities to students with various interests and goals through annual competitions and STEM-focused events. Operating under the Educational Alliance for Science and Technology (EAST), we believe that the best learning happens when students are challenged, supported, and inspired to work together across disciplines.
Excellence is more important than winning — and it's always achieved together.
Volunteer-Driven
CRC Robotics is managed entirely by former competition participants who volunteer their time and expertise to provide opportunities for the next generation of students. Their lived experience as competitors makes them uniquely equipped to understand what students need.
Meet the VolunteersJoin the CRC Team
CRC Robotics is entirely volunteer-run by people who were once competitors themselves. If you're passionate about robotics, education, and giving back, we'd love to hear from you.
